Join with others to name our grief, confusion, anger, numbness - however you are ingesting these times - and bring our collective awareness to that as a human response in this time of the Great Turning. We will then enter a practice to attune to the wisdom found within the cells of our bodies, the intelligence and guidance of Gaia, Mother Earth, into a higher and deeper state of consciousness. As our bodies, minds and hearts regulate into a coherent state, we "send" what is needed vibrationally to the places, peoples, creatures who are suffering. Our grief, confusion, anger, numbness is metabolized into compost for the whole.

There will be opportunity to share a response after the practice via words, sketches/line drawings, a musical measure, or movement/gesture, as you are led. Your creative response is welcome here. Your silence is welcome here.
